It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you,on
The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
It takes on
Don't go for looks;they can deceive. Don't go for wealth;even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes on
Dream what you want to dream;go where you want to go;be what you want to be,because you have on
Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it hurts you,it probably hurts the person too.
A careless word may kindle strife;a cruel word may wreck a life;a timely word may level stress;a loving word may heal and bless.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the on

Little boy, 6 years old
A little too used to bein' alone
Another new mom and dad, another school
Another house that'll never be home
When people ask him how he likes this place
He looks up and says with a smile upon his face
his is my temporary home
It's not where I belong
Windows and rooms that I'm passin' through
This is just a stop, on the way to where I'm going
I'm not afraid because I know this is my
Temporary Home
Young mom on her own
She needs a little help got nowhere to go
She's lookin' for a job, lookin' for a way out
Because a half-way house will never be a home
At night she whispers to her baby girl
Someday we'll find a place here in this world
This is our temporary home
It's not where we belong
Windows and rooms that we're passin' through
This is just a stop
on the way to where we're going
I'm not afraid because I know this is our
Temporary Home
Old man, hospital bed
The room is filled with people he loves
And he whispers don't cry for me
I'll see you all someday
He looks up and says "I can see God's face"
This is my temporary Home
It's not where I belong
Windows and rooms that I'm passin' through
This was just a stop,on the way To where I'm going
I'm not afraid because I know
this was My temporary home
This is our temporary home

A series of interviews with 14 CEOs and chairmen of major companies sheds light on the foundations of corporate leadership.
During the current global recession, much attention has been devoted to the mistakes that sparked the inancial and economic crisis, in hopes of not repeating them. Less has been given to what’s been done well amid the turmoil—to learn, for example, how best to lead a company through these tough times.
To contribute to that understanding, we interviewed the leaders of 14 major companies, all seasoned CEOs or chairmen, asking them to relect on what they felt they have learned so far. We were keen not to limit their comments to the current recession and therefore also asked them to consider previous challenges they had faced in a turnaround or a crisis. The companies they lead are in different industries, face different challenges, and have performed quite differently.
We are attempting neither to judge their performance nor to draw up a set of rules on how to lead through tough times.
Instead, what emerges from the interviews is agreement on some broad principles that can help guide beha
Confront reality
Always question whether the “halo effect” of a business or business situation is blinding you to what lies on the horizon.—Herbert Henkel, chairman and CEO of Ingersoll Rand
CEO Herbert Henkel
At board meetings, put strategy center stage
The board has been heavily involved in strategy formulation with me, and we have a better strategy because of it.—Bill Nuti, chairman and CEO of NCR
CEO Be transparent with employees . . . The on 3. . . and investors 4. CEO Build and protect the culture 5. CEO Keep faith with the future 6. CEO None of the CEOs we interviewed claimed to have attempted anything revolutionary. What was evident, however, was their resolve in pursuing the principles they thought were right, often in the face of opposition.
Our policy is: “If in doubt, communicate.” We always want to conduct our business with integrity and forthrightness.—Ron Sugar, chairman and CEO of Northrop Grumman
Stay focused on culture, people, and values: it’s the area most likely to get compromised in this environment.—Eric Foss, chairman and CEO of Pepsi Bottling Group

Love was the on
When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.
Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,
"Richness, can you take me with you?"
Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."
Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "Vanity, please help me!"
"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.
Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"
Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.
Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Realizing how much was owed the elder, Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?"
"It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"
Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because on

Getting out of bed to go to work is on
Demotivation isn't just caused by major setbacks, like being passed over for promotion, or refused a salary increase, but can be a product of far more subtle aspects. Try to define the most important aspects of your job for you personally - and take action if you feel things aren't right. Talk to agencies of headhunters about your skills and find out what you're worth on the open market.
It can be all too easy to blame your job when you feel demotivated - when it can be just as easily down to you, as Sally Martin, a fundraising manager for a charity, discovered. "I had started to resent my job, the fact that I had no perks, no chances to travel - apart from visiting other dingy offices for meetings. But then some friends were talking about how superficial they felt their jobs were, and I suddenly realised I couldn't say that about my job. In fact, I really felt there was a point to it. I remembered that's why I'd taken it in the first place."
So remember, always give your old job a chance before starting to search for a new on

At its most basic, a job is just a collection of tasks and duties. An employee's enjoyment of his or her job will thus largely depend upon whether or not he or she is happy with the particular mix of tasks and duties allocated to that position. Naturally, each and every member of staff is different - some employees want to do easy, routine tasks without any responsibilities at all, whilst others prefer challenging, varied ones and are pleased to accept any additional responsibilities offered to them. Of course, with a job there are more factors on play than this: work conditions, pay, working relations and future prospects are relevant too. Nevertheless, tasks and duties are the central feather, and should therefore be considered as a separate issue in themselves.
So, how important is an employee’s enjoyment of his or her individual set of tasks and duties? Most business owners and managers would insist that it is very significant indeed. If a member of staff considers his or her tasks and duties to be too easy or unchallenging or, in contrast, too diverse or irksome, then he or she will feel dissatisfied, and all the inevitable knock-on effects will manifest themselves – absences, lateness, reduced work-rate and performance, conflict, low morale, or even resignations. Thus it is important that staff are well suited to their employment, that jobs are improved as far as possible and redesigned as and when necessary – all to ensure that your employees enjoy what they do.
